Job Description

  • Installation and Commissioning: Install and configure attendance and access control systems, including biometric / RFID devices and related hardware.
  • Hardware Setup: Mount devices, fix locks, lay cables, and ensure all installations meet quality and safety standards.
  • Troubleshooting and Maintenance: Diagnose and resolve hardware issues on-site and remotely through phone or email support.
  • Client Support: Provide timely support to clients, including on-site visits, remote sessions, and technical guidance as needed.
  • Site Surveys and Testing: Conduct site surveys to assess installation requirements, perform product testing, and deliver client training sessions as required.

Requirements

Qualifications and Skills:

Education : Diploma in Electronics or I.T.I. in Electronics.
Experience : 03 years in installing and maintaining electronic systems; experience with CCTV and biometric devices is an advantage.
Technical Skills : Basic understanding of electronics, including soldering, multimeter use, drilling, cabling, and LAN crimping.
Languages : Read and write in English proficiency in Local Language and Hindi (preferred).
Mobility : Willing to travel within Bangalore and to surrounding outstation cities for fieldwork. Candidates having a bike will be preferred.
