Hardware Support Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Installs, modifies, and makes minor repairs to software systems.
• Providing technical support to clients in person and remotely.
• Resolve tickets representing staff-generated technical requests or problems and troubleshoots technical.
• Installs software and necessary applications for workflow.
• Creating and maintaining new report templates.
• Preparing Management reports.
• Season wise stores audit planning.
• Carries out software, network, and database performance tuning.
• Helps design and implement networks.
• Tests compatibility of new programs with existing ones.
• Maximizes computer systems capabilities by studying technical applications and making recommendations.
• Trains users on new software in person or through a variety of tutorial channels, including self-guided training videos, user manuals, often in collaboration with technical writers.
• Documents hardware and software updates.

Education, Experience

• Associates degree or above in computer science, information systems, or related field
• Prioexperience working on a Helpdesk, in IT, or similar technical function
