PRE SALES EXECUTIVE - SECURITY SYSTEMS

Job Summary: A technical sales professional for selling security systems who works closely with the sales team to understand customer security needs, design customized security solutions using CCTV, access control, intrusion detection systems, and other security technologies. Pre-sales Executive that presents these solutions to potential clients during the pre-sales phase, aiming to qualify leads and secure new business opportunities by showcasing the technical benefits and value proposition of the security system.

Qualification: Any Graduate
Experience: Minimum 1.5 years

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Presenting security system like (CCTV, Access Control, Fire alarm etc) features and functionalities to potential clients through demos and presentations.
• Deep understanding of security systems like CCTV, access control, intrusion detection, alarm systems, and network security protocols.
• Conducting site surveys to assess a client's security vulnerabilities and identify their specific requirements.
• Creating tailored security system proposals based on customer needs, including system architecture, equipment selection, and pricing.
• Working closely with sales representatives to qualify leads, identify potential opportunities, and provide technical support during the sales cycle.
• Staying updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to position security solutions effectively.
• Respond to customer queries and provide technical advice and guidance during the presales process.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
• Assist in negotiating technical terms and conditions during the sales process.
• Support the sales team in closing deals and achieving sales targets.

Required skills:

• Excellent communication and presentation skills to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical clients
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities to identify customer pain points and design appropriate security solutions
• Technical proficiency in security system hardware and software
• Ability to build rapport with clients and establish trust as a security expert
• Experience in conducting site surveys and system design
