IT Executive

JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for an IT Executive & he will be reporting to IT Manager.IT Executive will be responsible for coordinating, planning, and leading computer-related activities in an organization. The successful candidate will be managing and resolving computer networks, telecommunications systems and other electronic support systems.

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Designing and deployment of new IT systems and services.
• Monitor performance of information technology systems to determine cost and productivity levels, and to make recommendations for improving the IT infrastructure.
• Ensure security of data, network access and backup systems.
• Act in alignment with user needs and system functionality to contribute to organizational policy.
• Identify problematic areas and implement strategic solutions in time.
• Audit systems and assess their outcomes.
• Preserve assets, information security and control structures.
• Handle annual budget and ensure cost effectiveness.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues related to internal IT.
• Monitoring CCTVs, network and telecommunication.
• Server maintenance.
• Maintaining back up of company data.
• Clean up of all company PC and Laptops.
• As you will be idle for majority of the day you may be asked to assist in other managerial administrator duties.

QUALIFICATION AND SKILLS

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or Information Systems.
• 2-3 year experience working in IT operations.
• Experience leading and managing large IT projects and introducing and implementing IT infrastructures across various technologies.
• Excellent knowledge of computer systems, security, network and systems administration, databases and data storage systems, and phone systems.
• Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills.
• Excellent project management skills and strong ability to prioritize.
• Firm grasp on IT infrastructure and operations best practices.
