Job Title: Generative AI Business Unit (BU) Senior Marketing Manager

About the Role:

- We are looking for an experienced Business Unit (BU) Marketing Manager to lead and execute marketing strategies for our Generative AI Business Unit.

- This role will be responsible for demand generation, brand positioning, and go-to-market (GTM) execution, working closely with sales, delivery, and product teams to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing Strategy & Execution:

- Develop and execute integrated marketing plans aligned with the business units revenue and growth objectives.

- Define positioning, messaging, and storytelling that differentiate our services in the market.

- Lead end-to-end campaign execution, including digital, content, events, and partner marketing.

Demand Generation & Lead Nurturing:

- Drive pipeline growth through offline and digital channels.

- Work with inside sales and business development teams to optimize lead conversion strategies.

Content & Thought Leadership:

- Develop compelling marketing assets such as whitepapers, case studies, blogs, and webinars to establish thought leadership.

- Collaborate with industry analysts and PR teams to enhance brand credibility and visibility.

Sales Enablement & Collaboration:

- Equip sales teams with battle cards, pitch decks, and competitive intelligence to improve win rates.

- Partner with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with business unit goals.

Industry & Partner Marketing:

- Work with technology partners on joint GTM campaigns.

- Manage industry event participation, sponsorships, and webinars to strengthen brand presence.

Key Skills & Experience:

- 6-10 years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in IT services, technology consulting, or SaaS.

- Proven experience in demand generation, branding and analyst relations.

- Strong expertise in content marketing, thought leadership, and storytelling.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, matrixed organization and manage multiple stakeholders.

- Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

- MBA in Marketing

- Strong understanding of AI, data analytics, cloud, and digital transformation trends.
