Job Description:
- We are looking for a marketing lead for our B2B Gen AI Business. This Marketing Lead will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, lead generation, customer engagement, and overall business growth.
- This position will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the marketing initiatives are aligned with company objectives and customer needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategy Development: Create and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote the company's product/s, aiming to increase market share, customer acquisition, and retention.
Content Writing:
- Create high-quality, engaging, and SEO-optimized content for blogs, articles, social media posts, emails, websites, and more.
- Develop content strategies tailored to target audiences and business objectives.
- Research industry trends and topics to ensure relevant and fresh content ideas.
- Brand Management: Oversee brand positioning and consistency across all marketing materials, digital platforms, and customer-facing channels.
- Campaign Management: Design, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns (digital, print, events, and other channels) to drive lead generation, awareness, and customer engagement.
- Digital Marketing: Oversee the company's digital marketing efforts, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, content marketing, and online advertising.
- Budget Management: Manage the marketing budget, ensuring that funds are allocated effectively to maximize ROI.
- Reporting & Analytics: Use data-driven insights to track and report on the performance of marketing campaigns. Adjust strategies based on performance metrics to ensure continuous improvement.
- Event Management: Plan and execute marketing events such as webinars, conferences, and trade shows to promote products and foster customer relationships.
- Public Relations: Develop and maintain media relationships and work on PR strategies to enhance the company's public image.
- Team Leadership: Lead, manage, and mentor a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance, setting goals, and monitoring performance to achieve KPIs.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree is a plus).
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in B2B marketing preferably for a SaaS company, with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role.
Skills:
- Creative thinking with the ability to develop innovative marketing strategies.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms (Google Ads, social media, email marketing, SEO/SEM).
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and drive decisions based on insights.
- Experience with marketing automation platforms and CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) is preferred.
