Job Role - Project Manager As a Project Manager for Clinics Projects, you will play a crucial role in managing the entire project lifecycle, from initial planning and design to final implementation and handover. You will collaborate with the corporate management, construction teams, and other stakeholders including doctors and caregivers to ensure effective communication and smooth execution of projects
Minimum Experience - 8- 10 Years (Clinics and Healthcare experience is a must) Basic Qualification - Bachelors degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in hospitals or clinics construction Strong knowledge of construction processes and healthcare regulations
Excellent leadership and communication skills Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities Project management certification (PMP) or PRINCE2 registered practitioner certification is a plus
Key Responsibilities - Develop and execute project plans, including scope, budget, and timeline Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure the designs meet the clinics requirements Clinics Space and Design Planning with key focus on aspects of Medical Engineering, Clinics Ambiance and Furnishing, Healthcare IT and Nurse call systems and other systems planning Manage project budget and track expenses, ensuring cost-effective solutions
Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates to stakeholders Oversee construction activities, ensuring compliance with building codes and safety regulations Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the project Collaborate with clinics staff to minimize disruption to daily operations Ensure the completion of all necessary documentation and permits Conduct project evaluations and identify areas for improvement
Required Skill Set - Managing team, Project, Project Engineering, Designs and drawings, project planning and execution to meet project goals. Budgeting, balancing cost, quality, and timeline with project development and delivery.
