• Stakeholder Management
• Support Offshore and Sales team with solutioning and participating in meetings on need basis.
• Requirement Gathering Discussion with Japanese customer and explanation to offshore team.
• Liaison with customer and project team for smooth project execution.
• Project status tracking and communicating with customers.
• Continuously learn and improve skills to pursue new technical areas.
• Attention to detail is essential and all tasks must be carried out to the highest quality.
• Experienced in implementing secure development methodologies, ensuring robust protection of sensitive data and systems integrity.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor s degree in computer science, E&TC Engineering, or a related field (Master s preferred).
• 10+ years of experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to read, write, and speak Japanese fluently.
• Should be able to create technical documents and email communication with the client in Japanese. N3 Level or above preferred.
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Very good experience in coordinating projects with Japanese customers and offshore teams.
• Very good experience in C/C++, Embedded, IoT, Linux platform.
• Coordinate project meetings with customers.
• Self-motivated, innovative, proactive, willing to pursue new technical areas and capable of working independently.
• Strong knowledge of Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies.
• Proficiency with project management tools like JIRA, Git, MPP, SVN and others.
• Expertise in managing project budgets, schedules, risks, and stakeholder communications.
• Strong understanding of estimation techniques for creating project proposals and RFQs.
• Strong understanding of ISO processes (ISO 27001 2022) is a plus
• Certification such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile Scrum Master is a plus.
• Experience in Cloud platforms like AWS, AZURE, GCP is a plus.
• Experience in programming languages like C#.NET, WPF, Web technologies is a plus.
• Experience in device communication protocol like BACnet, TPC/IP, UDP, OPC UA etc is a plus.
• Experience in BMS solutions, IoT solutions, Cloud solutions, and Mobile App development is a strong plus.

Key Skills:

• Knowledge of Building automation system and connectivity protocol such as BACnet will be an added advantage.
• Good to have knowledge on BACnet/IP protocol, Modbus, MS/TP, or any device communication protocol.
• Strong problem-solving skills and very good time management skills
• Effective requirement analysis and effort estimation skills.
• SCM tools GitHub/ Git/ SVN/ Bit-Bucket/ JIRA /Redmine.
• Japan works VISA.
