Job Description / Responsibilities:
- Graphic Design
- :
- Create visually appealing designs for social media, marketing campaigns, websites, presentations, and other digital/print materials.
- Develop and maintain a consistent brand identity across all creative assets.
- Video Editing
- :
- Edit video content for marketing campaigns, social media, and internal projects.
- Ensure high-quality video production by working on colour correction, audio syncing, and transitions.
- Basic Animation
- :
- Create simple animations for logos, banners, explainer videos, and promotional content.
- Design motion graphics for social media and digital advertising campaigns.
- Collaboration
- :
- Work closely with marketing, content, and product teams to translate concepts into engaging visuals.
- Stay updated on design trends and suggest innovative ideas to improve the visual appeal of projects.
- Asset Management :
- Maintain an organized library of creative assets, including templates, raw footage, and design files.
- Proficiency in design and editing software, including:
- Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro).
- Basic knowledge of Canva or similar tools is a plus.
- Understanding of typography, colour theory, and layout principles.
- Basic knowledge of video editing formats, codecs, and aspect ratios.
- Strong communication and time management skills.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- A portfolio showcasing a range of design, video editing, and animation work.
- Knowledge of social media platform-specific requirements.
- Basic understanding of UX/UI principles.
