Job Description
Job Role - Phlebotomist Basic Qualification / Education / Vocational Training - DMLT / BSC MLT Minimum Experience - 2 Key Responsibilities -
1. Customer -
- Excellent patient service and patient relationship skills.
- Convey pre-post phlebotomy instructions.
- Encourage customers to give feedback google rating
2. Process - Perform all the allocated home collect on time. Attend corporate / RWA camps as and when required. Survey the unknown area a day prior to visit to avoid delay the schedule.
Demonstrate effective collection techniques to all age groups such as pediatric and geriatric patients Follow the essential phlebotomy protocol such as, patient identification, primary labelling, order of draw etc
Collect all the mandatory and necessary information such as clinical medication history, Consent forms etc. Maintain personal hygiene and grooming.
Follow all the safety measures precautions. Collect exact payments from customers via cash / UPI/card etc and submit to accounts on daily basis. Dispatch the sample in the defined timeline by following all the sample transportation guidelines.
Be aware and ready to handle emergencies such as blood spillage, needle stick injuries, Maintain the adequate collection material and ensure the expired material is replaced and not used.
Maintain MIS of all the activities performed
3. Product - Have complete knowledge of the product DOS Do the upselling of packages to customer To be updated about all the product related changes
4.People - Demonstrate teamwork among the co-workers and peer group To be the bridge between internal and external customers
