Job Role - Territory Sales Manager Basic Qualification - Academic: Bachelor s in science Minimum Experience - 3 Years (Diagnostic experience is must) Key Responsibilities -
Planning B2C activities in RWAs, executing them with Marketing collaterals to drive brand awareness and business conversion.
Monitoring service levels of company owned centers for existing and new customers.
Identifying the right consumer offering as per different BTL activities.
Owning the key success metric of patient conversion for BTL marketing activities.
Building brand awareness and patient base through on ground activities in Territory.
Delivering month-on-month sales targets as per plan.
Required Skill Set -
Must have 3-5 years of experience in total out of which minimum 2 years in Diagnostics.
Consumer facing activities like patient camps, RWA camps, joggers park activities.
Strong in communication Interpersonal skills (In English and local regional language)
Interfacing skills with patients to address queries and take feedback on services.
