Role Description:
- We are seeking a motivated and talented Procurement -Inventory control Specialist with two years of experience in the field.
- The candidate will be responsible for driving sales efforts, generating leads, and executing marketing strategies to promote our products and services.
- This role requires excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and a strong ability to work within a team to achieve company goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Activities:
- Identify new business opportunities and potential clients.
- Out of the box approach to liquidate excess inventory.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.
- Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and quotations to clients.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the company's growth.
Marketing Activities:
- Assist in creating and executing digital marketing strategies (SEO, social media, email campaigns, etc.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop content for advertising, brochures, and websites.
- Conduct competitive analysis to identify new opportunities for growth.
Collaboration and Reporting:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development and customer support.
- Prepare regular reports on sales activities, marketing campaigns, and lead generation.
- Provide insights and feedback to improve the sales and marketing strategies.
Requirements:
Experience:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the technology sector.
- Excellent communication skills in Kannada, English, and Hindi (fluency in all three languages is mandatory)
- Hands-on Experience in B2B industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and contributing to revenue growth.
Skills and Competencies:
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build relationships and work effectively with clients and team members.
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing tools and strategies (SEO, SEM, Social Media, etc.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Education: Master's/Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
