Role Overview:
We're seeking a Brand Manager to drive profitable growth through deep data insights.
This role focuses on analyzing D2C metrics at a cohort level, improving conversion rates, optimizing product sell-through, and conducting LTV and basket analyses.
You will collaborate cross functionally, work on profit-focused projects, and guide strategic decisions that impact organization's P&L.
Key Responsibilities:.
Brand Vision & Identity.
- Develop and execute the platform-level Brand Vision and identity, ensuring alignment across the entire organization.
- Serve as the brand custodian, maintaining brand consistency across all consumer touchpoints.
Consumer Insights & Market Trends.
- Spend significant time understanding consumer behaviour, gathering insights from users and professionals.
- Monitor local and global market trends, analyzing consumer and shopper studies to inform brand strategies.
Brand Health & Communication.
- Define and track Brand Health Metrics, ensuring continuous improvement.
- Own central brand communication and develop strategies tailored to various business needs.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive brand toolkit across all touchpoints with excellence.
Marketing Campaigns & ATL Execution.
- Collaborate with Creative and Media Buying agencies to conceptualize innovative and impactful marketing campaigns.
- Develop and execute ATL campaigns to drive brand awareness, equity, and health metrics.
Agency & Stakeholder Management.
- Manage and work closely with creative and media agencies to ensure strategic execution.
- Engage with internal and external stakeholders, driving alignment on brand priorities.
Creativity & Execution.
- Lead the brand's storytelling, ensuring compelling communication across formats (Reels, Statics, Print, OOH, etc.
- Bring a first-principles approach to problem-solving and brand building.
Qualifications & Experience:
Industry Background: Prior experience in a consumer brand (P0 Priority) or a branding agency (P1 Priority).
Languages: Proficiency in Hindi, English, and at least one South Indian regional language.
Experience: 4 to 6 years of relevant experience in brand marketing and strategy.
Top Skills Required:
- Proven track record in leading Brand Strategy, including Brand Positioning, Brand Visual Identity, and guidelines.
- Strong experience in designing and executing Brand Communication strategies across multiple channels.
- Hands-on experience in defining and tracking Brand Health Scorecards.
- Agency management experience handling both creative and media agencies.
- Strong eye for creativity and a passion for storytelling.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Demonstrated leadership that drives tangible business results while being willing to get hands-on.
- A strong inclination towards consumer insights and a self-starter attitude.
