Role & responsibilities

1. Reduce customer complaints by identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions.
2. Prepare and implement Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) with detailed action plans.
3. Coordinate with both domestic and export marketing teams to address export-related queries.
4. Provide training to inspectors on product quality standards and inspection procedures.
5. Prepare and maintain final inspection reports for product quality assurance.
6. Conduct product testing in accordance with established specifications.

Preferred candidate profile

The ideal candidate should have technical knowledge of 7QC Tools, Why-Why Analysis, and ISO 9001.

A background in BE/Diploma/CPIET in Plastics is required, along with experience in manufacturing industries such as Household Products, Plastics, or the Automotive Industry.
