Quality Engineer

Role & responsibilities

Must understand & read engineering Drawing

Sound knowledge of process inspection, incoming inspection, welding inspection, pre dispatch inspection, line inspection, layout inspection, material inspection, sample inspection & final inspection.

Must have sound knowledge of 7 QC tool, PPAP, FMEA, kaizen.

Must have sound knowledge of usage of instruments such as height gauge, radius gauge, micro meter, Vernier etc.

Must have ability to resolve the quality defects /issues

To minimize the customer complaints.

Must be familiar with processes like punching, bending, shearing, hydraulic power press & mig welding, powder coating, laser, plasma etc.

Must be able to keep all the records of quality & ISO related documents in soft & hard.

Preferred candidate profile -sheet metal components inspection experience must
