Inspection Engineer/ Quality Engineer

Develop and implement quality control systems, methods, and procedures to ensure product quality.

Perform inspections, tests, and audits to assess adherence to quality standards and specifications.

Analyze data from inspections, testing, and production processes to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Collaborate with engineering and manufacturing teams to resolve product defects and improve manufacturing processes.

Lead root cause analysis (RCA) for quality issues and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).

Ensure that all quality documentation, including inspection records, test reports, and corrective actions, is accurately maintained.

Monitor compliance with industry standards, regulations, and company policies.

Assist with internal and external audits, ensuring products and processes meet regulatory requirements.

Conduct product quality assessments in response to customer feedback and concerns.
