As a Senior Manager - Sales (Programs), you will be the face of HackerEarth to sell HackerEarth's hiring and developer engagement solutions to onboard and build relationships with the best companies in the world.
To be successful in this role, you will have:.
- 6-8 years of concept selling experience.
- Selling in HR space is a plus.
- Proven experience selling to C-level executives and decision makers in enterprises across industries.
- Solid understanding of the end-to-end sales/account management process.
- Outstanding verbal, written and presentation skills.
- Ability to assess client requirements, conceptualize solutions and effectively pitch them.
- Proven track record of meeting sales quotas on a consistent basis.
- Thorough understanding of B2B sales and account management process.
- Mentor and coach a team of 2-3 people and help them achieve their sales quotas.
- Ability to deliver quotas individually and work with the team to deliver team quotas.
- Someone who is methodical and purposeful in their approach to Sales.
- Driven and ability to work like an owner to deliver consistent revenues month on month.
- Someone who wants to build a career and not to treat this role as another job.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Comfortable working in a hybrid role as an individual contributor and in a leadership role.
- Prospect potential clients and pitching them HackerEarth solutions.
- Engage with C-level executives and decisions makers in the technology companies.
- Account planning for maximizing HackerEarth's product and services utilization.
- Managing forecasts accurately and delivering against substantial revenue targets and achieving the assigned sales volume.
- Both at an individual level and at a team level.
- Good understanding of CRM and other sales tech stack to capture market information and conduct data driven sales.
- Build opportunity pipeline for the month, quarter and year as per the sales goals.
- Mentor and monitor the same for the team.
- Develop a good understanding of tech hiring and the current landscape of HR tech industry to serve the clients with best solutions.
- Responsible for timely invoicing and collection of payment from the clients.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients in his/her portfolio to increase their spends on HackerEarth solutions.
Qualification:
Any graduate/any specialization.
MBA/PGDM is a plus (any specialization).
