Function : Technical Management- Engineering Management,Software Engineering- Backend Development, Full-Stack Development.

Technical Proficiency : Python, Django.

Responsibilities : .

- Complete ownership of a large problem

- Consumer experience, Order management system, etc. and several underlying pieces.

- You will own this with product managers and business folks.

- You are supposed to be equally responsible for the success/failure of the various initiatives.

- Work with product managers, engineering leads, QA and deliver long term solutions.

- Be really good in driving execution, building write communication and org structure.

- Identify the right people and assign clear responsibilities.

- Hire the best and mentor them actively.

- Work with architects and design the system end to end for your services.

- Understanding and ability to pick the right system components which DB, which language with some directions.

- Very good in low level design classes with clear responsibilities.

- Responsible for production deployment of code and support for any production bugs.

Requirements : .

- Very high level of ownership and love for solving real world problems.

- Proficiency in system design.

- Good understanding of scalability and how various distributed systems work.

- Ability to design modules and lead initiatives independently with limited guidance.

- Build a lot of depth on a few business problems and associated tech solutions i.e search, growth, security etc.

In most cases, you will be responsible for a few services :

- Strong in Python Language.

- At least 8-12years in a top tier product company and some experience in managing a team.

- Ability to handle some ambiguity and chaos of a very fast paced environment.
