Role Overview :

We are looking for a Senior Data Scientist to build and optimize ML-based product pipelines, enhance data-driven decision-making and develop scalable AI solutions.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in data mining, machine learning, model deployment, and working with large-scale datasets.

Key Responsibilities :

- Build and optimize ML-based product pipelines and data-driven solutions.

- Develop custom data models and algorithms to drive business insights.

- Handle the deployment of ML models with awareness of optimized server configurations.

- Enhance data collection and processing procedures to improve model performance.

- Perform data mining and cleansing using state-of-the-art methods.

- Conduct ad-hoc analysis and present insights in a clear, actionable manner.

- Assess the accuracy and effectiveness of new data sources and techniques.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement models and monitor outcomes.

- Develop tools and processes to monitor model performance and data accuracy.

- Build scalable pipelines using Large Language Models (LLMs).

- Fine-tune models like T5, LLaMA, and YOLO for specific use cases.

Requirements :

- 3+ years of experience in data science, machine learning, and analytics.

- Proficiency in Python and statistical computing languages.

- Strong expertise in ML model deployment and product platform architecture.

- Expertise in fundamental data science, machine learning, and deep learning using Python.

- Sound knowledge of NLP and Computer Vision.

- Experience in building scalable AI applications with a good understanding of High-Level Design (HLD).

- Strong grasp of data structures and algorithms.

- Experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and Agentic workflows.

- Experience in cloud platforms, preferably AWS (Redshift, S3, Lambda).

- Experience with Elasticsearch, SQL, and REST APIs.

- Hands-on experience with big data tools such as Hadoop, Spark, and Hive.

- Deep understanding of machine learning algorithms (regression, clustering, decision trees, neural networks, etc.

- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to translate data insights into business impact.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work across teams.
