Data Scientist - Machine Learning (3-5 yrs)

Job Description :

Responsibilities :

- Work on a variety of machine learning projects, including classification, regression, and clustering problems.

- Develop, implement, and evaluate machine learning models to solve real-world business challenges.

- Perform data analysis and exploration to understand data characteristics and identify patterns.

- Clean, pre-process, and transform data for machine learning model development.

- Visualize and communicate insights effectively to technical and non-technical audiences.

- Collaborate with data engineers, analysts, and product managers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

- Continuously monitor and improve the performance of machine learning models.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in machine learning algorithms and techniques.

- Participate in the development and maintenance of a robust data science infrastructure using Git/GitHub for version control.

- Utilize SQL to extract and manipulate data for analysis and model development.

Nice to Haves :

- Experience deploying end-to-end machine learning solutions using frameworks like FastAPI or Flask.

- Familiarity with deep learning frameworks like PyTorch or TensorFlow.

- Experience setting up and configuring Remote Access Gateways (RAGs) in GenAI (a plus).

Qualifications :

- Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

- Proven experience 3+ years working with traditional machine learning techniques (classification, regression, clustering).

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

- Proficiency in Python programming languages and libraries (NumPy, Pandas, scikit-learn).

- Basic understanding of database concepts and proficiency in SQL.
