The Inside Sales Executive will conduct comprehensive data research and ensure the proper procurement of data to support our sales outreach efforts. This role requires a meticulous individual with a knack for finding and organizing relevant information to aid in effective lead generation and client engagement.
Key responsibilities
Data Research:
Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies that align with the companys vision and goals.
Utilize various online tools, databases, and platforms to gather accurate and relevant data.
Stay updated on industry trends and market changes to identify new opportunities.
Data Procurement and Management:
Ensure the accuracy and integrity of the data collected.
Organize and manage data in the CRM system, maintaining up-to-date and clean records.
Regularly review and update the database to remove outdated or irrelevant information.
Proficiency with Freshsales CRM (optional)
Collaboration:
Work closely with the sales team to understand their data needs and provide timely support.
Collaborate with the marketing team to align data procurement with ongoing campaigns and strategies.
Communicate findings and insights to relevant stakeholders to support informed decision-making.
Lead Generation Support:
Assist the sales team in identifying and qualifying leads based on researched data.
Provide detailed reports and analyses on potential clients and market segments.
Support the development of targeted outreach strategies using the gathered data.
Continuous Improvement:
Continuously seek ways to improve data research and procurement processes.
Stay up-to-date with the latest tools and techniques in data research and management.
Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements
Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Management, or a related field.
2-4 years of experience in data research, sales support, or a similar role.
Paid interns, need to spend 4 to 6 hrs in the Noida office
Strong proficiency in using CRM systems and data research tools (e.g., LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, etc.).
Excellent analytical and research skills with a keen attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in B2B sales or a related industry.
Familiarity with advanced data analysis tools and techniques.
Understanding of sales processes and lead generation strategies.
