We are looking for a Developer Relations/Advocate responsible for writing key pieces of documentation. Your primary focus will be creating guides around the product and various proposals. You will also be providing platform support to our clients. You will be working along-side other engineers and developers working on different layers of the infrastructure. Therefore, commitment to collaborative problem solving, sophisticated design, and creating quality products is essential.
Key responsibilities
Solving the technical queries of the community & providing tech support to the ongoing initiatives and programs via phone calls, emails and chats.
Connecting with developers & hackathon participants. Speaking directly to them and giving feedback on the solutions submitted for that hackathon & helping in increasing the quality of the submissions.
Helping out the participants in prototype development via meetings.
Connecting with mentors and juries and maintaining jovial relationships with them.
Giving platform demos to various clients & community hackathon leads (either online or offline).
Spending a significant amount of time writing key pieces of documentation & creating guides around the product and various proposals.
Advocating for the needs of our developer community, and bringing their feedback back to the product and engineering teams.
Provide crucial inputs for the enhancement of existing products.
Prepare and organise project status (product side), record product defects and appropriate resolutions and report them to management.
Develop mitigation plans to help resolve risks.
Negotiating and closing down new deals/partnerships and further making MoUs, following standard procedures, demonstration of the product to new clients.
Maintain accurate and complete product related and queries related documentation.
Train the team/participants on product knowledge as required.
Requirements
Bachelor s or Master s degree in Engineering, Master s in Computer Applications, or any other related field.
Have technical expertise and a soft corner for the community.
