Property Manager

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of the property, ensuring smooth functioning of all facilities and services.
  
• Oversee maintenance and repairs of building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, etc.
  
• Coordinate with vendors for timely completion of projects and resolve any issues that may arise.
  
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.
  
• Supervise front desk staff to provide excellent customer service.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 1-3 years' experience in facility management or related field (hotel management).
  
• Strong knowledge of hospitality operations, hotel operations, housekeeping, and facility maintenance.
  
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while prioritizing tasks efficiently.
  
• Excellent communication skills for effective coordination with vendors and team members.
