Role & responsibilities :

  • Strategic Sales Planning: Develop and implement a comprehensive growth strategy focused on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
  • Market Research & Business Development: Conduct thorough research to identify new markets and customer needs within the Mumbai area3.
  • Client Acquisition: Arrange and conduct effective business meetings with prospective clients to promote the company's products/services, addressing or predicting their objectives17.
  • Sales Negotiation & Contract Management: Prepare sales contracts, ensuring adherence to all legal and established rules and guidelines.
  • Sales Record Management: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, revenue, and invoices1.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing customers, providing trustworthy feedback and exceptional after-sales support1.
  • Team Development: Mentor and develop entry-level staff into valuable salespeople, providing guidance and support to enhance their skills and performance1.
  • Sales Calls & Site Inspections: Conduct daily sales calls and arrange site inspection trips to hotels by corporate clients or Travel Agents (TAs).
  • Market Analysis: Identify and aggressively solicit new accounts in coordination with any relevant Sales and Marketing.
  • Account Management: Develop and implement the overall account strategy for assigned accounts.
  • Relationship Building: Build and maintain business relationships with key buyers by applying the principles of strategic account management to achieve account market share goals across all lodging brands in the market.
  • Sales Administration: Collects and analyzes key information about the customers business and/or operation.
  • Revenue Generation: Execute sales strategy to achieve account goals and expand and grow account revenue of assigned accounts through total account penetration, margin management, and implementation of sales and marketing initiatives
