In-depth understanding of front office operations, housekeeping, and guest services.
Strong understanding of pedagogical methods and training techniques specific to room division.

Responsibilities Teaching and Learning Support

Teach students both theoretical and practical aspects of room division, focusing on front office, housekeeping, and guest management.
Provide problem-solving guidance related to course content and room division operations.
Develop and deliver course curriculum, including lectures, handouts, practical demonstrations, and case studies.
Prepare notes, assignments, and question papers related to room division subjects.

Supervise student projects, practical exams, and internships in the room division field.
Set, mark, and assess student work and examinations, providing feedback for improvement.
Participate in learning assessments at the program level to evaluate student performance.

Collaborate with faculty to review and update the room division program curriculum.
Design and plan training programs and instructional material for room division courses.
Identify knowledge gaps in front office and housekeeping operations and address them through targeted teaching.

Conduct training on guest services, housekeeping management, front office operations, and industry-specific skills.
