About the Role:
You will manage the property operation with the team of F&B and housekeeping staff. The role gives you exposure in handling property operation, expense, and cost management of the property. This role involves providing leadership, guidance, and support to ensure that the property operates efficiently and effectively toward achieving organizational goals and objectives. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, when necessary. Commitment to upholding the organization's values and mission.
Key Responsibilities:
As a Property Manager, you shall be bound by the following duties and responsibilities for the property management of the hostel premises:
The Property Manager shall:
a. Conduct regular inspections of the kitchen room and the dining hall, especially when the hostel residents are taking their meals.
b. Ensure discipline and decorum at meal timings.
c. Supervise the system of purchase of mess stores, provisions etc.
d. Ensure the upkeep of stores.
e. Examine the monthly income and expenditure statement of the mess.
f. Stop the mess facilities with respect to the residents who have vacated the
Stakeholder Engagement:
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including internal departments, external partners, and community organizations. Address stakeholder concerns and ensure effective communication channels are established.
Requirement
1. Graduate
2. Local Language preferred
3. Knowledge of MS Office
4. Presentable
5. Good communication skills
6. Preferably from a hospitality background
7. 3+ Years of experience in Hospitality
