Maintain project documentation Role & responsibilities Responsibilities

• Plan and manage: Create project plans and schedules, and manage project goals, tasks, and deliverables
• Communicate: Communicate with clients, vendors, and team members to ensure everyone is aligned on the project
• Monitor: Track project progress and report updates to stakeholders and project managers
• Manage budgets: Track and manage project expenses to ensure they stay within budget
• Identify risks: Identify potential issues and risks, and work with the project manager to develop mitigation strategies
• Organize meetings: Plan and facilitate meetings, including preparing agendas and documenting minutes
• Support the project manager: Assist the project manager with administrative tasks, such as billing and bookkeeping

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management for infrastructure projects.
• Experience in managing projects with budgets over $1 million.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lead project teams and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Project management certification is preferred (PMP, Prince2, etc.).
