Roles and Responsibilities of Project Coordinator:

The Project Coordinator supports the Project Manager by ensuring smooth execution of project activities. This role often involves mainly coordination across teams, scheduling, and communication.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Project Planning Support:

• Assist in the preparation of project plans, schedules, and timelines.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to define project deliverables and dependencies.

• Serve as a central point of contact for project team members and stakeholders.
• Prepare and distribute project updates, minutes of meetings, and progress reports.

1. Monitoring Progress:

• Track project milestones and deliverables.
• Monitor resource allocation and resolve minor conflicts or escalate issues.

1. Documentation:

• Maintain project-related documentation, including contracts, approvals, and plans.
• Ensure all files are updated and accessible to team members.

1. Coordination:

• Schedule meetings, reviews, and follow-ups with stakeholders.
• Liaise between departments or external vendors to ensure timely task completion.
