AGM / Sr. Manager - Quality Control (New/Double Line -Railway Project)

1. Develop, implement, and maintain the projects QMS in compliance with ISO 9001 or other applicable standards.

2. Define quality objectives and KPIs for the project.

3. Conduct regular audits of processes, procedures, and documentation to ensure compliance.

4. Collaborate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to align quality practices.

5. Monitor and inspect materials, construction activities, and finished works to meet design specifications and standards.

6. Manage testing and inspection schedules, ensuring timely execution and reporting.

7. Investigate non-conformities and oversee corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).

8. Ensure compliance with local, national, and standards, including railway-specific regulations.

9. Identify quality-related risks and implement mitigation strategies.

10. Lead and mentor the QA/QC team to ensure high performance and professional development.
