Key Result Areas:
- The person will be responsible for the end-end servicing for the key accounts like getting the brief, and executing it with the help of the other client-facing teams, & will be responsible for doing upselling and cross-selling.
- Maintain a regular visitation program with our client base with appropriate levels of focus on the various grades of clients within the allocated base.
- Will work closely with the internal teams.
- Maintain all relevant details about our clients, including scheduled visits and copies of agreed plans and other tasks.
- The individual should be well-versed in loyalty programs and the touch points so that they can provide clients with the appropriate solutions based on the program.
Skill Set Required:
- Must have 5 years of experience in Client Servicing & should be a part of the revenue generation.
- Should have a good working knowledge of Excel such as VLOOKUP, HLOOK, Pivot Table, and Summarising or merging the data from one Excel sheet to another to generate the report in Excel.
- Should have good experience in making and presenting presentations.
- Should have management 1 large account or 3-4 small accounts.
- Should have experience in cross-selling/upselling to existing clients.
- Good Communication and Negotiation Skills.
- Good to know API integration will be an add-on advantage.
