Job Description:
- We are looking for a seasoned Vice President of Enterprise Sales to lead and expand our client base in the Digital Rewards and Loyalty space.
- This role is pivotal in managing relationships with India's top banks, retail brands, e-commerce platforms, payment gateways, and corporate clients.
- The ideal candidate will focus on driving enterprise sales, fostering strategic partnerships, and delivering cutting-edge solutions like digital rewards, corporate gifting, cashback points, and white-label programs.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Business Development:
- Develop and execute enterprise sales strategies to acquire and retain high-value clients.
- Identify and capitalize on new revenue opportunities within the banking and corporate sectors.
Client Relationship Management:
- Build, nurture, and manage strategic relationships with top banking clients and corporate partners.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing tailored solutions that align with their business goals.
Sales Leadership:
- Lead high-stakes negotiations with clients, focusing on mutually beneficial agreements and long-term value creation.
- Present sales strategies, performance insights, and growth plans to internal and external stakeholders.
Solution Selling:
- Drive the adoption of digital rewards and loyalty solutions, including API integrations and white-label offerings.
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless solution delivery and integration with client systems.
Revenue Growth:
- Focus on achieving and surpassing sales targets, managing a portfolio with high revenue potential (- 100 crore+).
- Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities to maximize client value and business impact.
Team Leadership:
- Mentor and lead the enterprise sales team, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
- Work with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional client experiences and solutions.
Market Insights & Planning:
- Stay updated on industry trends and client requirements to drive innovation and refine sales strategies.
- Document client feedback and market intelligence to inform product development and service enhancements.
Required Skills & Experience:
Enterprise Sales Expertise:
- Minimum 10 years of experience in enterprise sales, business development, and managing high-value accounts.
- Proven success in acquiring and growing relationships with top-tier banking and corporate clients.
Strategic Negotiation:
- Demonstrated ability to negotiate high-value contracts and close complex deals.
Technical & Financial Acumen:
- Strong understanding of API integrations and enterprise-level technical solutions.
- Proficiency in financial modeling and revenue optimization strategies.
Client Engagement:
- Exceptional skills in building and managing relationships with high-level stakeholders.
- Experience managing large accounts and delivering measurable results.
Leadership & Team Management:
- Proven experience in leading and mentoring high-performing sales teams.
- Ability to inspire and align teams to achieve organizational goals.
Communication & Presentation:
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex solutions in a clear and impactful manner.
