Manager - Enterprise Marketing and Partnerships
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Specialist to join GUVI for Corporates, our B2B and B2G team. In this role, you will play a key part in developing and executing marketing strategies to drive the success of our training solutions. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a proven track record in B2B and B2G product marketing, and experience in corporate social responsibility (CSR) and partnerships will be a significant advantage.
Marketing Responsibilities:
Field Marketing Strategies: Plan and execute field marketing strategies such as events, focused roundtables, and webinars to raise awareness and drive demand for GFC training solutions in corporate and government verticals.
Market and Data Analysis: Conduct thorough market research within the corporate training and government sectors to identify trends, competitors, and opportunities. Make informed decisions on marketing campaigns using data.
Product Positioning: Develop and articulate compelling value propositions for our B2B and B2G corporate training solutions, ensuring differentiation in the market.
Go-to-Market Strategy: Collaborate cross-functionally to create and implement effective go-to-market plans for corporate and government training programs, including product launches and campaigns.
Lead Generation: Own and manage the B2B and B2G corporate training pipeline targets, ensuring effective lead generation and conversion.
Social Channel Management: Manage the GUVI for Corporates social pages and develop and publish content on a regular basis to enhance brand awareness.
Content Development: Work closely with the SEO team to create engaging and SEO-optimized content, including product messaging, collateral, case studies, and sales enablement materials.
SEO: Collaborate on building content strategies that contribute to the organic inbound lead engine.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with product management, sales, and other teams to align marketing strategies with overall business objectives.
CSR Initiatives: Develop and implement marketing strategies that highlight GUVIs commitment to corporate social responsibility, including community engagement and sustainability efforts.
Partnership Responsibilities:
Identify, establish, and nurture strategic partnerships with corporate and government entities to expand our reach and impact. Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential partners. Generate opportunities with Partner, leading to short-term and long-term revenue. Monitor and report on the performance of partnership initiatives, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Qualifications:
● Bachelor's degree
● Proven experience in B2B and B2G product marketing.
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
● Demonstrated ability to create compelling marketing collateral.
● Familiarity with marketing automation tools and CRM systems.
● Experience with CSR initiatives and partnership development.
● Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
● Team player with strong interpersonal and collaboration skills.
