Role & responsibilities

Application Processing

• Processes applications submitted by prospective students, ensuring the authenticity and completeness of documents, including academic credentials, in accordance with established guidelines.

Admission Evaluation

• Assesses applicants' eligibility for admission by issuing offer letters (conditional or unconditional) and acceptance letters through the electronic platform.

Data Entry

• Keeps precise records of applicants' information and application statuses in the admission database by consistently updating electronic files with additions, deletions, and modifications.

Admissions Policy, Compliance & Quality

• Stay updated with institutional policies, admission requirements, and industry best practices to ensure compliance with applicable regulations and accreditation standards.
• The job holder has to maintain a quality of 90% day on day in evaluation of documents, issuance of letter etc.

• Excel, MS Office package familiarity with databases.
• E Mail writing
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with diverse stakeholders, including prospective students, faculty, and staff.
• Familiarity with CRM databases or student information systems, and technology tools used in the admission process/banking process etc.
