Role & responsibilities

1. Preparation of data for TDS, GST and other compliances.

2. Implementation and smooth running of Accounts data in ERP.

3. Daily Payment approval and coordination with management.

Job Overview:

The Chief Accounts Manager is responsible for leading and managing the company's accounting and financial operations. This position ensures accurate financial reporting, compliance with accounting standards, and the implementation of effective financial strategies. The role requires strong leadership, technical expertise in accounting practices, and the ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to maintain financial health.

Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Management: Oversee all accounting activities including bookkeeping, account reconciliations, and financial reporting.
• Budgeting & Forecasting: Lead the preparation of budgets, financial forecasts, and financial performance analysis.
• Financial Reporting: Ensure accurate, timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with statutory requirements.
• Taxation & Compliance: Manage all aspects of taxation (corporate tax, VAT, payroll tax, etc.), ensuring compliance with tax laws and regulations.
• Audit & Control: Coordinate with external auditors and manage the annual audit process; ensure effective internal controls and adherence to accounting policies.
• Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of accountants, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.
• Cash Flow Management: Oversee cash management and optimize working capital by tracking cash flow and managing bank relationships.
• Financial Strategy & Analysis: Provide strategic financial insights and recommendations to senior management on cost management, financial risks, and investment decisions.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Communicate financial performance and key metrics to senior management, shareholders, and regulatory authorities.
