Senior Accounts Executive

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Manager - Accounts to oversee financial operations, ensure compliance with accounting standards, and manage the company's financial reporting. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and experience in handling financial statements, tax filings, and audits.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day accounting operations and financial transactions.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations, taxation laws, and company policies.
• Prepare and review financial statements, balance sheets, and profit & loss accounts.
• Handle budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
• Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities.
• Monitor accounts payable and receivable processes.
• Implement and maintain internal controls for financial accuracy.
• Generate financial reports and present insights to senior management.
• Lead and mentor the accounting team to improve efficiency.
• Manage large client accounts and do timely payment follow up with them.

Requirements:

• Qualifications: Any relevant degree in accounting or finance.
• Experience: Minimum 5+ years of experience in accounting and financial management.
• Skills:
• Proficiency in accounting software (Tally etc.).
• Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and financial regulations.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.

Job Timings: Mon - Sat, 10.30 am to 7.30 pm
