Head - HR

GIFTCL invites application for the position of Head - HR (in the grade of Vice President). This is a contractual position for a period of 5 years. The remuneration will be commensurate with qualification and experience.

The candidate should have done postgraduate degree in Human Resources or a related field with minimum of 20 years of experience in HR, with proven track record in senior leadership roles. Detailed job description is as under,

• Oversee and manage the full spectrum of HR functions, including Talent Acquisition, Organizational Capability Building, Performance Management, Rewards & Recognition Programs, Competency Development, Talent Management & Succession Planning, Training & Development and Labour Audits.
• Periodically review and update HR policies, organizational structures, and processes to ensure alignment with business goals and compliance with applicable regulations.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of HR best practices and labour laws, ensuring adherence to statutory and regulatory requirements.
• Serve as the single point of contact for all HR-related issues, addressing and resolving employee grievances effectively and empathetically.
• Develop and implement competitive compensation and benefits packages to attract and retain top talent.
• Prepare and manage the HR departments annual budget, ensuring optimal utilization of resources.
• Develop strategies to enhance employee retention and reduce turnover, fostering a positive and engaging work environment.
