The company campus is good and have lots of greenery. The work is little relaxed. So if you are someone who wants not a hectic work culture, this company can be a good option.

Dislikes

There are number of things: Its a govt. Company, however the company doesn't provide govt. Holidays to its employees and alternative saturdays are also working. There is lot of discrimination based on dept. to dept., the company doesn't follow set policies for all employees. There are literally zero activities conducted by HR dept. for employees. I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
