Business Development Team Head

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning:

• Develop comprehensive marketing plan for achievement of business target.
• Lead the development of brand positioning and messaging for clients.
• Identify and evaluate potential marketing channels and tactics for optimal campaign execution.
• Oversee the implementation of marketing campaigns across various channels including digital marketing, social media, content marketing, and public relations.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyse data, and make necessary adjustments to optimize results.

Business Development:

• To generate business by identifying potential clients for TEV/DPR/LIE and other services offered by company.
• Key responsibility would be achievement of the business target with the help of the BD team members.
• Collaborate with team to ensure seamless transition from lead generation to client engagement
• To ensure timely submission of application/documents for empanelment with Banks/Institution/Government and resolve query for the same.

Client Management:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, Banks/Financial Institution, CA firms and Industry Association.

Team Leadership:

• Manage and mentor a team of marketing personnel.
• Foster a collaborative work environment, promoting knowledge sharing and best practices within the team.
• Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to team members.

Qualification:

• Bachelor's degree /Master in Business administration

Experience:

Minimum 8 to 10 years of experience in marketing management consultancy services such as DPR preparation, TEV study, LIE, Bid Management etc.
