Exp: 4+ years post qual

Position Overview:

We are seeking individuals who thrive on challenges, seek continuous learning and have a proven track record of delivering remarkable results to handle the below responsibilities:

- Manage the preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, in accordance with GAAP or IFRS

- Enhance and refine internal control processes for better efficiency.

- Liaising with statutory auditors.

- Provide audit support for multiple geographies

- Finalize the monthly book closing, preparation of MIS reports

- Effective team management. Ability to lead and motivate a team. Set team goals and objectives, mentor, train and motivate the team to ensure timely deliverables.

- Client Management - Establish a strong rapport with clients, be readily available to address their needs, concerns, and inquiries while adhering to timely deliveries.

- Prepare various presentation decks for board meetings, management review meetings, etc

Skills required:

- Expertise in accounting concepts, accounting platforms and GAAP (IFRS/ IND AS/ US GAAP)

- Experience in complex MIS reporting (segment reporting, group consolidations)

- Familiarity and experience with advanced management accounting tools and techniques

- Expert knowledge on Excel financial modelling techniques and standard practices

- Strong knowledge of analytical tools and techniques and consolidation tools

- Minimum 3 years of experience in managing financial reporting projects

- Should have experience interacting with Global clients

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal and exposure to interacting with senior management personnel in India and overseas

- Candidates must possess strong business acumen, should be very agile and quality-focused in their work approach and must be willing to be very hands-on with delivery alongside the team
