Financial Planning & Analysis Role - CA/CMA (3-6 yrs)

Location Noida

Role Objective: The incumbent will be part of FP&A team

Key Responsibilities:

- Preparation of strategic financial plans (Annual Plan, Long Range plans) for the business

- Support in preparation of rolling forecasts at regular intervals

- Work closely with various functions to get the required information for preparing the financial plans

- Preparation of key weekly and monthly MIS/Decks and Developing dashboard for improved reporting to senior management

- Provide analysis for monthly business results including comparison with budgets and commentary on the same

- Run the Pricing Models for various products with relevant inputs from the Risk and Business Development team. Calculate Prices at various returns and stress return

- Prepare the presentations for Pricing approvals by Board/Technical Committee

- Work on various ad hoc reporting and information requests from the business locally and internationally

- Provide support in various analysis and presentations of the finance department

- Provide support for various projects taken up by Finance department

Skills:

Domain/Technical Knowledge:

- Strong Financial Modelling Skills

- Good understanding of operational accounting

- Commercial Acumen and Strong Analytical skills

- Effective communication skills and hands on in preparing PPT presentations

- Prior experience in FP&A role will be and added advantage

- India GAAP accounting and IFRS

Behavioral/Others:

- Ability to collaborate with multiple teams and departments. Should be able to communicate with all levels of technology, business and customer both verbally and in writing.

- Problem solving and critical thinking abilities, demonstrated analytical skills with high attention to detail.

- Proven time management proficiency to handle multiple projects concurrently.

Other Specifications: Educational Qualification Chartered Accountant (CA)/CMA

Years of Experience:

- 3+ years of Functional business experience

- Specific experience in Financial Sector preferred
