This is an exciting time in our company. With investments in our people, technology and new business markets, we are redefining the role and purpose of a credit bureau.
- This is an exciting position where associate would work on understanding business requirements, think on the solutions and guide the development team to build across the same. The person selected would get an exposure to work with Sales, Marketing and Products team to understand the business with an extensive hands on experience in designing, developing and delivering business critical IT solutions.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Managing IT teams to design, build and deliver IT solutions:
- Associate would be expected to work with business teams to understand the requirements.
- Get clarity from business teams on the requirement and line it up with technical requirements.
- Work with development teams to finalize the technical solutions.
- Estimate the development efforts required and communicate the same to stakeholders.
- Ensure quality of deliverables and ensure timely delivery of the projects.
- Own and manage the direct to consumer development platforms.
Client and Business Stakeholder communication:
- To discuss and provide technical insights for company's clients regarding technical integrations and solve technical queries to ensure smooth onboarding of clients.
- To discuss and communicate technical inputs while discussing new products and features.
- To keep stakeholders aware of technical teams deliverables and proactively communicate challenges and roadblocks if any.
Tech Solutioning:
- To understand business critical issues and provide technical solutions to help business scale and grow.
- To proactively identify system level bottlenecks and work towards having the same addressed either via design change or via a code change to optimize system performance.
- Be a technical expert to the business team and manage queries raised on systems and platforms.
Team management and planning:
- Be a mentor and a technical lead for IT teams and solve team members concerns and technical doubts.
- Have a hands-on experience on Salesforce, Java, Oracle, MS SQL, Docker, Cloud platform, JBOSS and ensure team deliverables are on time with highest quality.
- Plan and forecast system capacity as per business growth projections.
Experience and Skills
- Qualification: Master's degree in Business Administration / Engineering Degree in IT or allied fields.
- Minimum 7-10 years of relevant experience
- Flexibility to travel as needed
- Executive presence and assertiveness.
- Self-starter, ability to work independently, handle ambiguous situations and exercise judgement in variety of situations.
- Strong communication, organizational, verbal & written skills.
- High degree of responsibility and ownership, strong multitasking, coordination and tenaciously looking for ways to get results.
- Strong understanding and practical experience in managing Enterprise level IT projects.
- Strong hands on experience in coding and managing system level integrations.
