Key Responsibilities :
- Design and develop the overall technical architecture for Oracle HCM Cloud implementations, ensuring alignment with business requirements and best practices.
- Define technical solutions for complex business problems, considering factors like scalability, performance, security, and integration.
- Create detailed technical design documents, including data mappings, integration flows, and configuration specifications.
- Design and implement integrations between Oracle HCM Cloud and other systems using various integration technologies (e.g, Oracle Integration Cloud, REST APIs, SOAP web services).
- Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, ensuring seamless data flow and system interoperability.
- Configure Oracle HCM Cloud modules (e.g, Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Talent Management) to meet specific business requirements.
- Perform complex configuration tasks, including custom workflows, calculations, and security rules.
- Validate configuration changes and ensure they adhere to best practices and standards.
- Review code developed by the team to ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and security guidelines.
- Identify and resolve potential code issues, performance bottlenecks, and security vulnerabilities.
- Review and validate the design approach proposed by the functional team, ensuring it aligns with technical feasibility and best practices.
- Identify potential design flaws and suggest improvements to optimize performance and maintainability.
- Review and validate the integration design, ensuring it meets functional requirements and aligns with technical standards.
- Identify potential integration issues and propose solutions to ensure seamless data flow.
Standards and Guidelines :
- Enforce naming standards and guidelines for objects, variables, and other artifacts to improve code readability and maintainability.
- Promote adherence to best practices for development, testing, and deployment.
- Conduct knowledge transfer sessions to share technical expertise with the team and help build internal skills.
- Mentor team members on technical concepts, problem-solving techniques, and best practices.
- Contribute to the development of internal training materials and resources.
Required Skills and Experience :
- 10+ years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud implementations, including technical architecture, design, configuration, and integration.
- Strong understanding of Oracle HCM Cloud modules (Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Talent Management) and their underlying data model.
- Expertise in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) or other integration technologies (e.g, REST APIs, SOAP web services).
- Proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, and scripting languages (e.g, Groovy, Python).
- Experience in cloud technologies (e.g, Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, AWS, Azure).
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Skills :
- Experience with Oracle Cloud HCM Cloud certifications.
- Knowledge of industry best practices for HCM implementations.
- Experience with Agile methodologies
