We are looking for a dynamic HR professional for the role of TL - HR & TA to support all aspects of Human Resources practices and processes. The candidate will support business needs and ensure proper implementation of company strategy and objectives.
Job Responsibilities
- The role provides an enormous amount of opportunity to grow. It shall be a mix of HR operational and Talent Acquisition activities, with responsibility for the following areas (indicative but not exhaustive):
- People Engagement - Be engaged with employee to develop a good bonding, understand & resolve all employee related issues & queries.
- Be the first level of Interface between HR & Operations for all HR related Initiatives and Query handling.
- Own, Ideate and devise Engagement activities.
- Policy and process assist in devising, independently implement and document.
- Provide HR Policy guidance and Interpretation to employees for resolution to queries on existing policies, salary, insurance details etc.
- Responsible to carry out induction program for new Joiners.
- Ensure timely communication & completion of Appraisals for all employees.
- Support operations in conducting Regular Rewards & Recognition programs.
- Support Operations in all Ad-hoc / calendarized engagement activity / R&R /etc.
- Provide complete assistance in implementation of various HR initiatives.
- Focus on retention by actively identifying causes of attrition and possibilities of retention of employees.
- HR Document Management - Custody and oversight of data relating to employees.
- All other Employee Lifecycle Activities and Related Tasks.
- Mentor the junior HR associates.
- Responsible for vendor management.
- Handling end to end recruitment.
Skills preferred:
- Proven track record as a HR Generalist / HR business partner.
- Should have independently handled onboarding and exit process, training and development, performance review, employee engagement activities etc.
- Proficient in employee engagement, employee grievances, disciplinary action, investigation, grievance handling, employee relations, policy implementation, employee benefits.
- Excellent soft skills and communication skills (both verbal and written).
- Should be process oriented and data driven.
- Ability to prioritize, manage time and handle multiple priorities.
- Build relationships across all levels.
- Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies.
