Job Description Summary
Responsible for defining strategies, increasing operational effectiveness and efficiency, and mitigating risks by applying HR expertise and transformation capabilities. Develops, presents, and implements recommendations to inform critical HR decisions based on analysis of marketplace trends, primary internal organization research, financial analysis, organizational objectives, and perspectives of key stakeholders. Works collaboratively with internal clients to develop, socialize, and implement solutions. Roles may also be involved in HR strategic planning and the management of projects that address people, processes, and systems. Provides human capital consulting and coaching. Partners with the business to manage human capital needs and relationships.
