Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process for permanent staffing, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
- Coordinate contract hiring processes from job posting to candidate placement.
- Conduct domestic staffing activities such as headhunting and referral programs to attract top talent.
- Develop strong relationships with clients through effective communication and negotiation skills to understand their requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
