Client Servicing Executive/Specialist - Performance Marketing

Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Client Servicing Executive/Specialist to join our Google Ads team at GTF Technologies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction, and effectively managing Google Ads campaigns to meet business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and campaign requirements.
• Strategize, plan, and execute Google Ads campaigns in alignment with client objectives and KPIs.
• Collaborate with the internal team to deliver measurable results and ensure smooth campaign execution.
• Analyze campaign performance data, prepare reports, and present insights to clients.
• Identify opportunities to optimize campaigns and improve ROI while aligning with client expectations.
• Maintain regular communication with clients through calls, meetings, and emails to foster trust and transparency.
• Ensure timely delivery of all client requests and project milestones.
• Stay updated with the latest Google Ads trends, tools, and strategies to offer clients innovative solutions.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 1+ years of experience in client servicing, digital marketing, or account management, preferably with a focus on Google Ads.
• Strong understanding of Google Ads, PPC strategies, and campaign optimization techniques.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in analytics tools such as Google Analytics.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing client needs.
