- We're now looking for talented Growth Marketing lead to join our team to help us run our marketing efforts, while we focus on getting more business for you.
You're NOT fit if you've:.
- Never had a marketing-generated revenue pipeline as a goal.
- Only generated "leads" and not MQLs or SQLs.
- Never been tracked on MQL - > SQL conversion rates.
- You've never used a CRM in life.
- You don't understand what the lead lifecycle/buyer journey is.
- Not done cold-outreach campaigns before.
- You're a fit, if you've at least met 4 out of 5 criteria mentioned above.
Job Role:.
- You'll be working as a part of the founder's office to own outbound and inbound marketing channels.
- We have a sound outbound / cold-outreach system that runs at scale.
- We need you to own that channel both technically, and creatively (note: you need to know how to write cold-outreach drips).
- You will be working closely with our delivery team to flush out interesting content problems solved, case-studies, testimonials, etc.
- Based on the content efforts, you'll be working on creating relevant customer journeys for both outbound and inbound.
- Imagine yourself as a Marketing / Sales / Revenue operations person who depends on all things marketing, customer journey optimization, analytics and scale.
- All in all, you've hustled before to meet your goals have a fundamental understanding of what marketing does, what sales does, and how both of the teams work together towards the same goals.
Years of exp: 7+.
Technical Skills:.
- Must have excellent english writing and speaking skills.
- Has grasp of at least 2 paid marketing channels.
- Has good understanding of marketing automation.
- Prior experience of using HubSpot is highly preferred.
- Fundamental understanding of how marketing and sales works.
- Analytical Mindset should be able to grasp requirements quickly and get started.
- Critical thinker can think through the noise.
- Problem-solving has been in situations before where you've had to figure your way out yourself.
- Project management is strongly preferred.
Soft requirements:.
- Willing to work in a Startup culture and small team.
- Flexible with the work hours (it could be less on certain days / daunting on other days).
