Role overview :

We are looking for a Salesforce Expert Manager to join our team. This role is integral to our success as we continue to scale rapidly.

The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Salesforce, a strategic mindset, and a passion for driving efficiency and innovation through technology. This is a full-time, long-term position where you will have the opportunity to lead Salesforce initiatives and make a significant impact on our business.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and manage Salesforce implementation, customization, and optimization projects.

- Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into Salesforce solutions.

- Develop and maintain Salesforce best practices, ensuring the platform is used to its fullest potential.

- Create and manage dashboards, reports, workflows, and automation to improve business processes.

- Integrate Salesforce with other tools and platforms, particularly Retool, to enhance functionality.

- Train and support team members in Salesforce usage and best practices.

- Monitor and maintain data integrity, security, and compliance within Salesforce.

- Stay updated on Salesforce trends, releases, and best practices to ensure our platform remains cutting-edge.

Key Requirements :

- Proven experience as a Salesforce Expert, Salesforce Administrator, or similar role ideally in a full time Management capacity.

- In-depth knowledge of Salesforce platform capabilities, including custom objects, workflows, validation rules, and Apex.

- Experience with Retool and integrating it with Salesforce.

- Strong understanding of CRM best practices and strategies.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

- Strong communication skills with the ability to train and support non-technical users.

- Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment is a plus.

- Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder, etc.) are highly desirable.
