Salesforce Developer (5-10 yrs)

Job Description :

We are looking for a talented Salesforce Data Cloud Developer to join our dynamic team.

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Salesforce Data Cloud (formerly known as Salesforce Genie) and hands-on experience in building and managing complex data architectures.

As a Salesforce Data Cloud Developer, you will be responsible for developing, integrating, and optimizing Salesforce Data Cloud solutions to streamline data management, provide actionable insights, and improve customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop, implement, and optimize solutions within Salesforce Data Cloud.

- Work closely with business analysts, architects, and other development teams to design data models, pipelines, and data integration solutions.

- Design and manage scalable data storage solutions in Salesforce Data Cloud, ensuring high performance and reliability.

- Work with various data sources, integrating them into Salesforce Data Cloud to build unified customer profiles.

- Leverage tools like Salesforce Connect, Data Pipelines, and the Data Cloud API to integrate Salesforce with external data sources and systems.

- Optimize data flows, ensuring fast data ingestion, real-time data updates, and consistency across systems.

- Perform data transformation and cleansing to meet business needs and standards.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end data solutions.

- Ensure data security, compliance, and governance policies are implemented and followed.

- Create and maintain detailed technical documentation for all solutions built in Salesforce Data Cloud.

- Troubleshoot data-related issues and provide support as needed.

- Stay up-to-date with Salesforce product innovations, especially in the Data Cloud space.

Qualifications :

Experience : 5+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development, with a focus on Salesforce Data Cloud or other data integration tools within the Salesforce ecosystem.

Technical Skills :

- Strong proficiency in Salesforce Data Cloud (formerly Genie).

- Experience with Salesforce architecture and Salesforce APIs.

- Proficiency in Apex, SOQL, Salesforce Object Query Language, and DataLoader.

- Experience with Salesforce Connect, Data Pipelines, and integration tools like MuleSoft or other ETL platforms.

- Knowledge of SQL, Data Modeling, and data warehousing concepts.

- Experience in working with large-scale data management, cloud data services (e., AWS, Azure), and real time data streams.

- Certifications : Salesforce Data Cloud Certification (preferred), Salesforce Platform Developer I/II, or any related Salesforce certifications are a plus.

Skills :

- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical teams.

- Knowledge of Salesforce's Lightning framework and the Salesforce ecosystem.
