We're RevOps+HubSpot Diamond partner consultants, helping companies utilize HubSpot to streamline and help their sales/marketing/business teams function at scale.
We grew from 2 people in Jan 2021 to a team of 5 people as of today. We're bootstrapped yet sustainable, with our goals highly focused on activities that build revenue. We're now looking for a talented CRM Administrator o join our team who could help us while we focus on getting more business for you.
You're NOT fit if you've :
- Never had a marketing-generated revenue pipeline as a goal.
- Only generated "leads" and not MQLs or SQLs.
- Never been measured on Lead - > MQL - > SQL conversion rates.
- You've never used a CRM in life.
- You don't understand what the lead lifecycle/buyer journey is.
- Not done cold outreach campaigns before.
Here's what you'll get to do :
- Understand clients' requirements in detail and figure out how HubSpot should be set up for them.
- Create all kinds of workflows (process-based, campaign-based) in Hubspot CRM.
- Create smart lists, filters, views, etc. in Hubspot.
- Aware of all the admin-level settings in Hubspot.
- Create pipelines in Hubspot contacts, sales, services (as per how the client's business is).
- Create basic and advanced reports on Hubspot.
- Client communication.
- Account ownership Planning deliverables, delegation, and project management.
- All in all, you've hustled before to meet your goals have a fundamental understand of what marketing does, what sales does, and how both of the teams work together towards the same goals.
Years of exp :
- 2-3 years of relevant B2B/SaaS marketing experience.
- 1-2 years of experience using a CRM / marketing automation tool.
Technical Skills and Requirements :
- 2-3 years of relevant B2B/SaaS marketing experience.
- Must have excellent English writing and speaking skills.
- Must be HubSpot Certified (or not, till the time you know your way around it).
- Min 1 to 2 years of hands-on experience working with HubSpot.
- Analytical Mindset should be able to grasp requirements quickly and get started.
- Experience working as a digital marketer (B2B preferred).
- Advantage if you are comfortable with HTML and CSS.
- You don't have to code but you should.
- be able to make minor changes in the HTML/CSS.
Soft requirements :
- Willing to work in a Startup culture.
- Flexible with the work hours (it could be less on certain days / daunting on other days).
- Proactive and motivated enough to achieve something substantial in life.
- Willing to roll up the sleeves, take ownership, and solve problems.
